Helmets are required on all rides.

The routes vary in length from 30-65 miles; consult our Ride Calendar for the specifics. The 17 mph pace picks up at the city limits where the peleton divides into ability groups. There is a meeting point halfway through each ride. We all stop for traffic signals, flat tires and other mechanical difficulties.
